Rig Source Recruiting is a global talent acquisition firm assisting international and domestic companies to find professional candidates across diverse disciplines. Although we interact with a variety of industries, our focus is primarily with Construction, Manufacturing, Health Care, Technology, Energy/Oil & Gas and related companies.
My team consist of 5 senior recruiting consultants , Nicole , Jessica, Sheena, Nina, and Isaac with 60 plus years of experience in high level placing of Upper Management professionals, engineers to estimators. No job placement is too small or too big for RSR LLC.
Rather than seeking quantity, we commit ourselves to guaranteeing the quality of our placements. In order to accomplish that end, we established very high ethicaalues as our normal approach to not only our client companies, but to our job candidates as well.
Getting to know and understand the needs, motivations, and intangibles which affect the placement decisions of both sides may take more dedication and time on our part, but we feel the gratitude shown by our clients makes the whole process well worth the effort.

We primarily focuses on field level to mid –level to executive level recruitment. Some of the many positions we handle involve sales, sales management, engineering, operations, shared services, etc – most requiring specific experience in the oil & gas segment.
Our clients include major oilfield services companies and companies in the upstream, midstream & downstream segments of the Energy industry – to name only a few.
I get the majority of my candidates through referrals from clients and individuals I have represented over the years. Many of my candidates are NOT listed on the typical job boards, and are currently employed. I believe in true recruiting – not simply pulling resumes from an online source.
Although I do use such sources as Indeed, The Ladders, Rig Zone, and LinkedIn to identify potential candidates – I feel it is critical to meet each potential candidate in-person for Midland positions, and via SKYPE or similar, for positions in other states and countries.
